Stained Glass Hearts by Patsy Clairmont

"Stained Glass Hearts" by Women of Faith speaker, Patsy Clairmont.

We all live through difficult times in our lives.  As we go through these rough times, we wonder what good could ever come from them.  In "Stained Glass Hearts", WOF speaker Patsy Clairmont, shares many of her own difficult times.

This is her third book dedicated to the topic of light and redemption.  These two topics elevate us to a "Pike's Peak" perspective, as well as filling stained glass windows around the world with inspiration.  This book, differs from her past books, in that it reveals the more solemn side of her heart etched in by loss.  Light and redemption bring hope, it's really hard to separate the two.

Patsy shares in the book, all people have glass hearts and at some point or another in our life, that glass heart can and will shatter. We aren't alone in our fragile design.  God can and does take those shattered moments, the shattered hopes, the shattered dreams and creates a masterpiece...like a stained glass window.  When we are surrounded by darkness, God's healing light shines brightly in us.  God can mold those difficult times into a beautiful work of art, if we let Him.  As the subtitle states, this book will help you with "Seeing Life From a Broken Perspective".

I received this book free from the publisher through the Booksneeze book review bloggers program. I was not required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own.

  1. This looks like a good book to read too. Now if I can get my eyes to work right I could read lots of books! Will put on my list of need to reads.
